  • You’ll fly into Kalispell (FCA) – Glacier Park International Airport.

    Check-in at the resort begins at 5:30 PM, followed by an evening of welcome activities, light bites, and a cozy group fire/circle to kick things off.

    The resort is just a 12-minute Uber ride from the airport.

    We recommend booking a flight that arrives no later than 5:00 PM to allow time for travel and check-in.

  • Welcome to your summer sanctuary!
    Check-in begins at 5:30 PM.
    We’ll start with a grounding Welcome Sauna Session, followed by a flowing yoga practice led by Natalie, and end the evening with laughter and connection around the fire pit under Montana stars.

  • Each day features morning and evening yoga classes, with sessions led by Natalie and special guest instructors from Harmony Studios. Expect a rich variety of offerings from vinyasa to yin, nidra to fascial.

    During your free time, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Book Reflexology or Reiki sessions

    • Relax in the cedar sauna

    • Lounge creekside or take a nature walk

    • Participate in meditation & soul circles

  • All breakfasts and lunches are lovingly prepared by Alfio Pinzone of Ritual Juicery – a vibrant, fully plant-based culinary experience designed to nourish body and mind.

  • We’ll explore the surrounding beauty with options like:

    • A guided National Park Hike

    • White Water Rafting adventure

    • Optional cold plunges, journaling circles, and more

  • Just a short drive from our retreat resort, Whitefish is a charming mountain town offering a delightful mix of outdoor adventures, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife.​

    Whitefish boasts a diverse culinary scene. Savor Cajun and Southern-inspired dishes at Tupelo Grille, enjoy Italian cuisine at Abruzzo Italian Kitchen, or indulge in sushi at Indah Sushi.     Hannah creates safe, transformative space through guided meditations and her signature Soul Circle talks—a form of group therapy meets spiritual check-in where we speak truth, hold space, and lift each other up. Come exactly as you are.

  • Melanie Hale

    RESTORATIVE & REIKI SOUL GUIDE

    Melanie brings her deep wisdom of the body through a blend of restorative, yin, and fascial yoga, helping you soften, release, and reset.
    During retreat free time, she’ll also be offering private Reiki sessions—a powerful energy healing experience to support your nervous system and spiritual clarity. Limited spots available.

  • Carole Hudak

    YOGA NIDRA & WELLNESS WORKSHOP LEADER

    Carole will lead a daily Yoga Nidra session after each evening practice—an immersive, meditative journey into deep rest and healing. She’ll also be offering one of her signature Wellness Basics 101 workshops, and each participant will have the chance to book a private Reiki or Reflexology session with her during the week.

Modern geometric structures with forest views, twin XL beds (convertible to King), private decks, and shared bathhouse access.
