My goal is to help individuals find balance, strength, healing, and resiliency through their practice of yoga. My hope is that you find purpose both on and off the mat as you journey through life.
My love for yoga started in 2014 when I was struggling with my mental health, and I needed an outlet for depression and anxiety. Yoga taught me to channel that energy into connecting breath to movement and to hold space for myself in moments of unclarity and uncertainty: it became a balm for my soul.
After ten years of practice, I felt called to share this gift that has changed my life in such a deep and meaningful way, earning my teacher certification. I welcome the opportunity to guide you through your personal practice. Let’s move energy together!
