Taylor Welton
Taylor started weightlifting right after high school and that became her passion all throughout college. She had a very strict and repetitive routine at the gym, but one day she decided to try out a Yoga class at Yoga Lounge and Barre in Hudson, and she fell in love. While in college, Taylor moved back to her hometown of Willoughby and started taking classes at Harmony in the winter of 2018. Soon after that, she began working as a desk yogi for some time while finishing up with school. Her commitment to Yoga truly began once she started practicing at Harmony. In fact, when Harmony was closed due to the pandemic, Taylor was still dedicated to her practice and attended our virtual classes consistently before coming back to the studio once our doors reopened.
“Harmony gives me a sense of home. It’s a safe place to run to at any time, any day. I know that there’s space there for me and I always feel welcomed. Natalie has been a huge impact and influence on my Yoga journey. She is uplifting and encouraging, and has the most loving motherly energy that motivates me to be the best version of myself. The practice of Yoga has changed my life significantly on and off the mat. I am still learning and growing everyday as a person and as a student, and I’m sure I will continue doing so as a teacher, too. I found myself when I found Yoga and Harmony, and want to help others do the same.”
