Molly Dindia
Molly has been a fitness professional & Yoga practitioner for half her life. She is a graduate of Cleveland Yoga’s 200 hour Teacher Training, a Baron Baptiste Power Yoga affiliate studio. She's also an ACSM certified group fitness instructor with thousands of teaching hours! She is inspired by her long time teachers, Tami Schneider, Natalie Lorber, and Joni Mlakar.
“I take care to be intentional and holistic in my teaching, giving space for soul, body, and mind. Although I may be more known as a trainer and a “workout” class, even my fitness based classes are experiences in quieting the mind, while also encouraging flexibility and strength in the body. I feel absolutely called to be in presence of other humans as we all deepen self connection and community connection. I do that through teaching and practicing Yoga alongside you.”
