Membership Freeze Request Form
Need to take a break from your monthly membership dues? We’re here to help!
Freezing versus cancelling is often a great idea! It gives you flexibility and ensures you can restart your practice when you're ready without any changes to your current membership rate. Don’t forget: our livestream classes can be accessed from anywhere! If you’re traveling, you can keep your membership active and practice from wherever you are.
If you’re unable to practice as the result of injury, illness, or pregnancy, there is no fee to freeze your membership. When you're ready to resume your practice, please send us an email and include a doctor's note indicating that you've got a clean bill of health to return to your mat.
Except for injury, illness, or pregnancy-related freezes, there is a $25 monthly fee to freeze your membership. Students may freeze their account for up to 60 days per calendar year; this time frame does not have to be consecutive. The fee will be charged to the payment method you have saved on file with us at Harmony Studios for the duration that your membership is on hold.
We kindly ask that you submit your freeze request at least five days before your desired start date. If we receive your request less than five days prior to the date you'd like your freeze to begin, and you are charged your monthly membership fee before the freeze is made, don't worry! We'll simply hold this payment as a credit on your account and apply it on your next payment date after your freeze ends. We apologize, but we cannot refund membership dues once they are withdrawn.
Please note that our Six Month Unlimited and Yearly Unlimited Memberships cannot be paused. However, we do have the ability to extend these packages up to 60 days! If you are a paid in full package holder, please complete this form and indicate your current pass in the “Comments” section.
