Melanie Gorjanc

Melanie started practicing Yoga, right here at Harmony, just over five years ago. Struggling with anxiety at the time, her husband, a psychiatrist, recommended Yoga. After just one class, she recognized the power Yoga could have and with time, Melanie became calmer, less anxious, and more focused in her daily life. Realizing how much yoga had helped her, she decided to become a teacher. Through her training, she learned breath work, meditation, and asanas and she continues to practice Yoga and meditation every day. Melanie wishes to help others experience the beauty of Yoga and what it can do for the mind, body, and soul.
