Jamie Rode

Jamie took her first Yoga class at Harmony in 2012. Her Yoga practice started out as a way to continue healing after an injury, but soon became much more. She has experienced firsthand how Yoga can help heal the body and the mind. She believes that focusing inward and listening to your body is key to any Yoga practice. Jamie teaches Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and is a certified group fitness instructor. She strives to make the studio a warm, safe, and loving space for all participants.
