James found Yoga five years ago as a great way to help with mental health along with finding more space in the physical body, and he quickly fell in love with the practice. Not only did he start to see growth in flexibility, mobility, and strength, but he noticed a change in his overall mood/outlook on life. He loved to learn more about the asanas and how Yoga can center you and keep you in the present moment; something that is priceless. He also enjoyed learning how to take Yoga off the mat and into everyday life.

James completed a 200-hour Teacher Training program from Citizen Yoga in 2020. He enjoys sharing how Yoga has changed his life and perspective off the mat. He loves to bring a focus on breath and healthy alignment to class while allowing everyone to find what feels best in their bodies. Let’s move some energy and flow!
