Hanin Smahta
Hanin is a passionate advocate for mindfulness and holistic well being. Growing up, she navigated through life's challenges with a sense of curiosity and a deep desire to understand the inner workings of the mind. This innate curiosity led her to explore various modalities of self discovery, but it wasn't until she discovered mindfulness that everything fell into place.
As Hanin delved deeper into the practice of mindfulness, she experienced profound transformations in her own life. She found herself more grounded, resilient, and compassionate, and able to navigate life's ups and downs with greater ease and clarity. Inspired by her personal journey, she felt called to share the transformative power of mindfulness with others!
Driven by a genuine desire to help people thrive, she pursued training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy (MBSRT), honing her skills to guide others on their path toward inner peace and well being. Today, as a MBSRT Therapist, she is dedicated to empowering individuals to cultivate a mindfulness lifestyle -- one where they carry the practice with them in every moment, finding solace, strength, and wisdom along the way.
