David Kowalski

David started his Yoga journey in high school as a way to stay healthy both mentally and physically. After practicing on and off for years, Yoga became a daily practice on and off the mat for him. He developed an appreciation for the practice and the profound connection Yoga develops in the mind and body. David obtained his 300-hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Certification. He did his teacher training because he wanted to share the joy Yoga has brought to his life with others.

David’s classes are based on Baptiste, Iyengar, and Hatha styles of teaching. A mix of challenge, movement, stillness, and acceptance are at the core of his classes, freeing the body and mind to explore a judgment-free practice. His classes focus on form and flowing with the breath. David loves creating a playlist that elevates his classes and inspires movement.
