Carole is a wellness professional with over 25 years of experience with helping people transform their lives. Her focus on wellness turned towards integrative healing methods in an effort to address the effects of stress on her own health. Based on a firm belief in taking ownership of one’s own health, Carole explored different integrative healing methods, each with amazing success! She took the time to learn and integrate these methods into her wellness practices. Carole now offers wellness services in Northeast Ohio as well as virtually throughout the United States.
