Hallie Crow

Hallie has been practicing yoga since 2012. After a serious injury, yoga helped her get back on track with her physical, mental and spiritual well-being. "After taking my first class at Harmony when I was 15 years old, I felt amazing and haven't stopped coming since!" The refreshing and genuine feeling each teacher left with her made Hallie decide to share this feeling with students of her own. She found her passion for teaching at The Ohio State University while teaching at the recreation facility. Hallie decided to continue her training and obtained her 200-hour Certification through Cleveland Yoga. She is looking forward to sharing her light, love and passion as a teacher at Harmony Studios!

  • Power Yoga Basics
  • This 75-minute class will teach you the fundamental poses and breathing techniques used in Power Yoga classes, preparing you to take any either our Power Vinyasa or Hour of Power classes! This beginner friendly yet challenging flow is taught in a room heated to 90 degrees and designed to help you increase strength and body awareness. We will explore a wide variety of standing and seated asanas, as well as mediation and breath work. If you are new to the practice, looking to fine-tune some of your postures, and/or wanting a slower paced flow, this is a great class for you! Bring a towel and water bottle in with you, both of which we have available for sale at the studio.
*The heat is not for everyone and can be overwhelming at times/upon your first visit. Listen to your body! Exit the class at any time if need be and a desk yogi will be there if you need anything.

Suitable for all levels, some yoga experience recommended but not mandatory. / Balancing Classes: Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Deep Stretch Vinyasa

  • Hour of Power
  • This is a 60-minute Power Vinyasa class. Be prepared to break a sweat as the studio is set to 90 degrees. The deeper your connection of movement and breath becomes, the more the heat begins to build inside you as opposed to around you; leaving you fully charged and present in each pose. Practicing in a heated environment increases your flexibility as it opens and loosens your muscles. Bring a towel and water bottle in with you, both of which we have available for sale at the studio
*The heat is not for everyone and can be overwhelming at times/upon your first visit. Listen to your body! Exit the class at any time if need be and a desk yogi will be there if you need anything.

Suitable for intermediate yogis; some prior yoga experience recommended. / Balancing classes: Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Deep Stretch Vinyasa
