  • Kundalini Yoga HIIT (Women Only)
  • Yoga HIIT is a total body workout that transforms from the inside out. These sessions focus on removing blockages in the first and second chakras to activate our innate qualities of power, confidence and cleansing. Fusing together both the ancient Kundalini and high intensity interval training. Kundalini is a spiral of energy that begins at the first chakra and continues all the way up through the crown chakra. HIIT achieves cardio, strength, conditioning, fat burning and flexibility in one format. This is an intensely athletic and vigorous form of yoga. Meet us on the mat and get ready to shake your asana!
    *Abstinence from heavy meals 2-3 hours in advance and be sure to show up to class already hydrated.

    Suitable for all levels; familiarity with yoga recommended but not mandatory. / Balancing Classes: Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga

     


  • Hour of Power
  • This is a 60-minute Power Vinyasa class. Be prepared to break a sweat as the studio is set to 90 degrees. The deeper your connection of movement and breath becomes, the more the heat begins to build inside you as opposed to around you; leaving you fully charged and present in each pose. Practicing in a heated environment increases your flexibility as it opens and loosens your muscles. Bring a towel and water bottle in with you, both of which we have available for sale at the studio
    *The heat is not for everyone and can be overwhelming at times/upon your first visit. Listen to your body! Exit the class at any time if need be and a desk yogi will be there if you need anything.
     
    Suitable for intermediate yogis; some prior yoga experience recommended. / Balancing classes: Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Deep Stretch Vinyasa 

  • HIIT Sculpt
  • Let us explain... HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training, and the sculpt portion is all about using your body, no props.
     
    This 45 minute fusion class includes a 10 minute sun salutation warm up followed by intense interval training circuits where yoga postures are used as a means of rest. These sessions are designed so that each muscle group gets equal work every time. We'll change it up every 2 - 4 weeks to avoid plateaus in your workout. We'll finish up with some light stretching and a rejuvenating Savasana. This is a great class to pair up with our Yoga Sculpt on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

    Suitable for all levels - no prior yoga experience required. Balancing classes: Yoga Sculpt, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga
