  • Power Vinyasa Yoga
  • Based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste, this 75-minute Power Vinyasa class incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and physical and mental stamina all in one! Be prepared to break a sweat as the studio is set between to 90 degrees. The deeper your connection of movement and breath becomes, the more the heat begins to build inside as opposed to around you, leaving you fully charged and present in each pose. Practicing in a heated environment increases your flexibility as it opens and loosens your muscles. Bring a towel and water bottle in with you, both of which we have available for sale at the studio.
*The heat is not for everyone and can be overwhelming at times/upon your first visit. Listen to your body! Exit the class at any time if need be and a desk yogi will be there if you need anything.

Suitable for intermediate yogis: some prior yoga experience recommended. / Balancing classes: Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Deep Stretch Vinyasa

  • Vinyasa Yoga - All Levels (Light Heat)
  • Welcoming students of all levels, this 75-minute class is based on linking your breath with your movement, leaving you energized and focused throughout. Vinyasa classes are richly infused with classical yoga teachings such as sun salutations, basic inversions and back-bends along with pranayama and light meditation to tame the mind and open the heart. The room will be moderately heated between 75-78 degrees. Bring a towel and water bottle in with you, both of which we have available for sale at the studio.

  • Vinyasa Yoga All Levels (Lt Heat)
  • Building heat to open the body can be done in several ways: one is practicing a rigorous fast paced class such as Power Yoga, another is to simply slow down and hold your asana longer. Deep Stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. This class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles to for stretching and consists of postures held for at least 1-2 minutes while also incorporating a Vinyasa flow. When we slow down we are more capable of listening to and connecting to our bodies. Take some time to breath, watch your practice intensify.

Suitable for all levels. / Balancing Classes: Power Vinyasa, Hour of Power, All Levels Vinyasa

  • Power Yoga Basics
  • This 60-75 minute class will teach you the fundamental poses and breathing techniques used in Power Yoga classes, preparing you to take any either our Power Vinyasa or Hour of Power classes! This beginner friendly yet challenging flow is taught in a room heated to 90 degrees and designed to help you increase strength and body awareness. We will explore a wide variety of standing and seated asanas, as well as mediation and breath work. If you are new to the practice, looking to fine-tune some of your postures, and/or wanting a slower paced flow, this is a great class for you! Bring a towel and water bottle in with you, both of which we have available for sale at the studio.

  • Yoga @ Lubrizol

  • Gentle/Restorative Yoga
  • Our 45-minute Gentle Yoga practice invites you to slow down and drop into your body, offering you the opportunity to take time to feel the sensations that arise within the body in each asana. We'll focus on simple postures in order to bring harmony to both sides of the mind and physical body. The 30-minute Restorative Yoga cool down will include the use of props to support your body comfortably to induce relaxation. This portion will help you to shift out of the fight/flight mode (sympathetic nervous system), where most of us spend our waking hours, and into a relaxation state (parasympathetic nervous system). Restorative yoga assists in relieving the harmful effects of stress and promoting greater health. Putting the two together leaves you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and rejuvenated. This hybrid yoga class is a powerful balance between movement and stillness, inside and out.

Suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome! / Balancing classes: Vinyasa – All Levels, Power Vinyasa, Hour of Power, Deep Stretch Vinyasa
