This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deep seeded tensions from the body and mind. Deep restorative work improves joint mobility and range of motion, serving for excellent physical therapy. Postures are held with the assistance of props for extended periods of time, allowing the body to release and relax. Aromatherapy oils and light massage touch may be incorporated into select sessions. Students must be able to arrange their own props and move comfortably and safely on the floor. Class size is limited to the number of props needed so we recommend registering in advance.
