This 60-75 minute class will teach you the fundamental poses and breathing techniques used in Power Yoga classes, preparing you to take any either our Power Vinyasa or Hour of Power classes! This beginner friendly yet challenging flow is taught in a room heated to 90 degrees and designed to help you increase strength and body awareness. We will explore a wide variety of standing and seated asanas, as well as mediation and breath work. If you are new to the practice, looking to fine-tune some of your postures, and/or wanting a slower paced flow, this is a great class for you! Bring a towel and water bottle in with you, both of which we have available for sale at the studio.
*The heat is not for everyone and can be overwhelming at times/upon your first visit. Listen to your body! Exit the class at any time if need be and a desk yogi will be there if you need anything.
